How we iterated on the drop-off experience till we enabled customers to store luggage in a parcel locker within 90 seconds

Adding lockers to the Bounce luggage storage marketplace was a strategic bet on acquiring new demand near train stations and similar. We started by launching partnerships with existing parcel lockers networks to test out the hypothesis. This project helped us iteratively learn and build out a new product experience for Bounce customers i.e self-service and intrinsically distinct from the marketplace model.
