How we refactored and expanded On-demand for migrating customers with a new use-case.
After the acquisition of Lingo24, managing systems of both organisations was untenable. To migrate their customers to the our platform, we would need to support their primary use-case, i.e Localisation. This meant developing brand new features and brand new workflows for Localisation, a translation industry use-case that we didn't support comprehensively.
This project describes how we created an appropriate touchpoint on the platform to serve this new use-case and how we upgraded our UX flows so that customers would feel comfortable to migrate.
